The only person who can stop your growth is you

Instead of thinking about your weaknesses, work on your strength. You’re the only person in the world who can stop your growth. Today, we’re talking about a Voice Artist who got depressed and demoralised and how that Voice Artist bounced back.

Strength

I’m Aditya Kashyap. With my 5 years of experience in doing different types of Voiceovers, I can say this from my heart that your voice is unique, infact… Everybody’s voice is unique in itself. For a Voice Artist, their voice is their Strength. Please don’t get demoralised with a bad review or not getting appreciation from a client or person. Rather than getting demoralised, take the bad reviews with a positively. Rather than thing about your weaknesses, just work on your strengths. Why I’m saying this out of nowhere ? Actually I run a Voiceover Company named Caroler. With 150+ voice artists doing voiceover in more than 40 languages, I manage a lot of clients. All the artists in my team are free to do Voiceovers of any client if they want. A few days ago, someone from my team did a short Voiceover for a person (not my client). And his client didn’t like it. His client told many bad words about the voiceover, about him and even questioned on his talent. He was really upset. I was also surprised because he has given amazing Voiceovers while doing work for my clients. Then I got to know that sometimes you can’t give your 100% and the work gets hampered, and it’s not the first time an artist has come to me with this type of situation. I motivated him, have him moral support and decided to share this incident with you guys so that no one should get demotivated ever with just a bad review. This post is not for the ones who are not serious about Voiceovers. Just keep one thing in mind, a single work can’t decide if your voice or deliver style is good or bad.

you just need a push to fly, to know your real power, your absolute immunity. We often perform on less power than we actually have.
